Laura A. Chaney is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Chaney joined PSA in 1999, and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2000. Ms. Chaney directs the financial activities of PSA, and has direct oversight responsibility for the billing operations of PSA. Ms. Chaney is a Certified Healthcare Billing Management Executive as designated by the Healthcare Billing Management Association.
