Al Sirmon, a 1973 graduate of The Citadel in Charleston, SC, with a degree in Business Administration, currently holds the position of President of Pathology Service Associates, LLC (PSA). Mr. Sirmon is a Certified Public Accountant and prior to PSA was in public accounting for over 15 years. During the past 15 years, he has been associated with pathology practices and directs all financial services, including billing and collections, for associated practices and billing clients across the country. Through his association with pathology practices, Mr. Sirmon has worked on numerous projects dealing with cost accounting and financial analysis in the laboratory setting.
Mr. Sirmon has served as on a variety of panels dealing with accounting and finance in the healthcare industry and has presented at numerous industry meetings
